K11 waterproof coating is a polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing material, typically consisting of a powder component and a liquid component. It is suitable for waterproofing, damp-proofing, and anti-seepage treatment in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, basements, exterior walls, pools, and staircases. The product is available in two types: General Purpose (Rigid) and Flexible. You can choose and combine them based on walls, floors, and different substrates.
Product Features
Waterproof & Anti-seepage: Forms a dense film that effectively blocks water penetration.
Strong Adhesion: Bonds firmly to substrates like concrete and mortar. Surfaces can usually be tiled or plastered directly after curing.
Penetrating Crystallization: The General Purpose type penetrates capillary pores in the substrate to form a dense waterproof layer.
Flexible & Crack-resistant: The Flexible type offers better elongation, accommodating slight substrate movement and fine cracks.
Applicable on Damp Surfaces: Can be applied on damp surfaces without standing water; resistant to sagging on vertical surfaces.
Breathable & Mold-resistant: The coating is breathable, helping to reduce the impact of mold and moisture.
Eco-friendly & Low Odor: Water-based formula that is user-friendly and ideal for indoor waterproofing projects.
Easy Application: Suitable for brushing, rolling, or troweling. Easy to apply in corners, around pipes, and near floor drains.
